This weekly, on-going class involves the use of several props, including balls and thera-bands, to help align and stabilize muscles. Whether you’re an athlete, a yogi, or trapped in a cubical all day, this method will help you tune into what your body wants and needs. Open to everyone– all ages, sizes and fitness levels!
